1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging TNT Bulk Mail LLC ("TNT," "we," or "us") for any mailing services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all quotes, jobs, and ongoing service agreements.

2. Services Provided

TNT Bulk Mail provides bulk mail processing services including but not limited to: addressing, list management, CASS certification, NCOA processing, tabbing, inserting, metering, sealing, barcoding, presort processing, and delivery to USPS. Specific services are confirmed at the time of quoting.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate mailing lists, print-ready materials, and all necessary content in a timely manner. TNT is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late-delivered client materials.

4. USPS Compliance

All mailings processed by TNT are prepared in accordance with current USPS regulations. The Client is responsible for ensuring their mailing content complies with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and any applicable state regulations. TNT reserves the right to refuse any mailing that does not meet USPS standards or legal requirements.

5. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided via written quote and is subject to change based on final piece count, weight, or scope changes. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. TNT reserves the right to hold materials pending payment.

6. Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. TNT is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery to the USPS facility is included with all jobs.

7. Limitation of Liability

TNT's liability is limited to the value of the services rendered for the job in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost business or revenue resulting from mailing delays, delivery failures by USPS, or errors in client-supplied materials.

8. Confidentiality

TNT treats all client-supplied data, mailing lists, and business information as confidential. We will not share or sell your data to any third party without your written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Anchorage, Alaska.
